Call the Hotel Front Desk # to make reservations at (800-524-6343) and mention "2504 VMC Southwest Meet" discounted rates of (2) queen beds or a King if available. Remember this is first come first serve so the sooner you book your room the better. To receive the discounted rate rooms must be booked by March 21, 2025. Motorcycle parking will be free and located at the Lodge.

Registration is $40 for MEMBERS, $65 NON-MEMBERS. The cutoff date for the event registration is March 21, 2025.

Suggested rides:
Local VMC Chapters Valley of the Sun Victory Riders (LC84) and Prescott Victory Riders (LC61) will be leading various rides both Friday and Saturday. Sign-up sheets for each day will be posted at the event.
